# How to Bet

Go to the Sports section of the Betero Platform and make sure you have your wallet connected.

### 1. Find Your Game

Use the navigation panel on the left to search for your sport or browse through the different sports and leagues to find the game you want to place a bet on.

### 2. Select the Outcome

Once you've found the game, you will see the betting opportunities in the middle of the screen. Select the bet you want to place by clicking on the odds directly. It will highlight it in green.

Click on the name of the game (for example, "Manchester City - Liverpool FC") to open even more odds.

### 3. Place Bet

After clicking on the odds of the bets you want to place, they appear on the right side in the Betslip panel. You can place single bets, combo bets, or system bets.

Once you are happy with the bets, enter your bet amount in USD and click "Place Bet." Your bet will be taken in the selected cryptocurrency shown on top of the screen. In the example, BTE is selected. The system automatically calculates how much BTE tokens are worth the amount you've set in USD and deducts them from your BTE balance. \
Winnings are paid out in the same currency.
